Paul J. Ochmanek, Jr. – Managing Partner

Paul is an active trial lawyer who advises condominium and homeowner associations on all aspects of corporate law including but not limited to; turnover, amendments to declarations and by-laws, rule adoption and enforcement, adopting special assessments, assessment collection, foreclosures and bankruptcy issues. His practice is focused on representing condominium and homeowner associations and includes prosecuting unit owner violations of the governing documents and ensuring unit owners pay assessments/special assessments. Paul has extensive experience defending condominium associations from actions involving building code violations brought before the City of Chicago.  Moreover he handles numerous residential transactions.

 Nicholas A. Holland – Associate

Nick has extensive experience with community association governance including assessment collection, forcible entry and detainer actions. He is experienced in handling all aspects of the litigation process from legal drafting to oral argument, negotiating settlement agreements and presenting evidence at trial. Nick’s prior experience stems from his time with the City of Chicago in administrative hearings. While there, Nick reviewed and researched consumer complaints and assessed violators with fines.

Nick has been married to his wife Sammy for three years, and they are now joined by their daughter Grace.
