Paul J. Ochmanek, Jr.

Paul J. Ochmanek, Jr. focuses his practice solely on real estate matters. Paul’s practice is divided between transactional work and representing associations (condominium, homeowners, and cooperatives).  Paul advises clients throughout their transaction to ensure they are comfortable with the process, while advising his association clients on their corporate endeavors. Paul specializes in representing first time buyers/sellers.  Moreover, he has de-converted multiple associations throughout the last year as well.

Paul is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, holding many leadership positions throughout his 13 year career, including Chair of the Young Lawyers Section (2014-2015). He  also currently serves on the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (“VAREP”) as secretary. VAREP’s goal is to provide education on the Veteran home buying process in order to help Veterans acquire property.
